KNIFE CARE
to keep your knife looking it's best, follow these tips...
Always handwash your knife--DO NOT put knife in the dishwasher.
Dry entire knife thoroughly with a clean dish towel or paper towel immediately after handwashing.
Never leave knife submerged in water as this could cause the handle to swell/warp and/or the blade to rust.
If any rust or discoloration does develop, you can clean the blade with a Magic Eraser.
Regularly apply mineral oil or blade oil of your choice to the blade & handle (if handle is made with natural wood).
If using knife for food preparation, make sure the oil is labeled “food grade.”
